Yes, but it’s more in terms of how they’re used rather than the construction of the blinds themselves. Commercial premises usually have larger windows than private homes and experience more foot traffic too. They need to provide ample shading and it helps if they’re more durable in case they get knocked by passers-by more often, but on a general level they’re not that different.
